free refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving product. Return shipping is paid by Mobility Equipment of Jacksonville and no restocking fee is applied. Rentals are non-refundable. This policy applies to all products except stair lifts, pool lifts, and vehicle lifts. Since these products are installed into customer property, they are non-refundable once installed.
